terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply for any work undertaken by Graphix Solutions. Graphix Solutions reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notifying the client. Written or verbal agreement by the client to proceed with Graphix Solutions' services acts as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Prices quoted are exclusive of GST.
• A 50% deposit is required before commencement of services, remaining 50% payable on completion of project.
• Printing must be paid for upfront before teh job is sent to print.
• Quotations provided are valid for 30 days.
• 1 round of changes are included in quotations (unless stated otherwise), further revisions and changes are charged at a rate of $75 per hour.
• If the client changes the broef originally provided, Graphix Solutions reserves the right to amend the quotation provided.
• Additional charges apply for copywriting services and stock images.
• Graphix Solutions reserves the right to extend the expected timeframe to complete a project.
• The client may terminate any service by providing Graphix Solutions with notification in writing for cancellation of services. All costs incurred by Graphix Solutions relating to the project will be charged to the client. Any existing fees, or fees paid in advance for the service which is being cancelled shall be forfeited and no refund will be given.
• Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Graphix Solutions in recovering any outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees and solicitors costs shall be paid by the client.
• Graphix Solutions does not accept any responsibility for spelling or grammatical errors of printed products.
• All designs and content displayed on this website must not be copied without written permission from Graphix Solutions.
